Can We Stop Trying to Be Happy All the Time?
Who ever promised we'd feel good 24/7

These days everyone seems to be walking around saying, "Just do what makes you happy".
That phrase supposed to be a great gift but in fact it can be a total curse. Basically we're seeking an unattainable level of happiness that is impossible to find.
I think is worth asking: How much happiness is enough? Are we supposed to be ecstatic all the time? Can we really take shortcuts if we want a life that, overall, feels full and rich? Stop comparing yourself with everyone, sometimes looking validation through the media (everybody wants to be a celebrity) is just the need to look affection and recognition.
Be yourself, be satisfied with what you have. Lasting happiness is setting a goal and working at it so you can achieve something you feel good about.
